Office spaces with sizes: 20–70 m²; 40 offices with a total area of ​​1,610 m².
Warehouses with sizes: 30–300 m²; 50 warehouses with a total area of ​​2,500 m² ;

Rental prices:

  • Stock office spaces according to the size of the space range between 5.9 and 6.4 EUR/m²

  • Office spaces range between 5.9 and 8.9 EUR/m²

  •  Warehouse spaces range between 4.5 and 5.9 EUR/m²

  • Mini-warehouses range between 7.9 and10.9 EUR/m²

20% VAT and utilities will be added to the rental price according to the measured usage.
